- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp. Pine honey
- 1 tbsp. Sesame
- Sunflower oil for the pan
Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes.
Fry them in plenty of hot sunflower oil until softened for about 5 minutes.
Drain the potatoes using kitchen paper.
Heat the honey with a tablespoon of water, put the potatoes in a bowl, add a little salt and pour the honey syrup over them.
